Ramtin Bozorgmagham, born on 7 December 1996 (16 Azar 1375) in Chalus, was 29 years old, a graduate of pharmaceutical chemistry, and worked in a pharmacy in the city center of Chalus. According to accounts published by eyewitnesses, on 8 January 2026 (18 Dey 1404), concurrently with the clashes and unrest caused by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic in the city of Chalus, Mazandaran province, while he was present at his workplace, one of the citizens near his workplace was shot and severely wounded. It is said that he acted to help the injured person, and in the course of this incident, he was struck by a live bullet in the head and lost his life. According to his close associates, Ramtin had a sensitivity and commitment to humanitarian issues and helping others, which led him to sacrifice his precious life for his fellow citizen and homeland.
