Fallen Hero Arya Alidoost, a 27-year-old Gilak youth, was born and raised in Lahijan. On January 8, 2026 (18 Dey 1404), amid the nationwide protests and revolution of the Iranian people sparked by the call of Prince Reza Pahlavi, he took to the streets alongside his fellow citizens. That very night, struck by live ammunition fired by suppressive forces, he sacrificed his life for Iran. I became a mother at 18, and from the day Arya came into the world, my whole life took on a different color. To me, he was always the dearest, most important person in my life.
