In memory of Fallen Hero Mehdi Kabook; a genius who, only three days after beginning his married life, sacrificed his life for Iran. Fallen Hero Mehdi Kabook, a 31-year-old youth who gave his life for Iran, joined the peaceful protesters in the Tehranpars area, Rashid neighborhood, during the protest call on 9 January 2026 (19 Dey 1404). He lost his life after being struck in the face by live ammunition, his life cut short at the very peak of his youth. From his youth, Mehdi's life was intertwined with hard work and responsibility. Following his father's passing, he grew up alongside his mother, funding his own education through work from his teenage years. To his mother, he was not just a son, but a companion, a pillar of support, and a trusted confidant. In an interview with the "Manoto" network, Mehdi's grieving mother spoke with tearful eyes of the family's profound sorrow. She likened the grief of Mehdi's brother and sister to "Majnun's sorrow in separation from Layla," and spoke of the mourning of relatives, friends, and acquaintances who have still not come to terms with his absence.
