Fallen Hero Sanam Pourbabaei, 26 years old, born in 1999 in Lahijan, held a Bachelor of Music degree and was a violin instructor. She began learning classical violin in 2011 and enhanced her art and love for music under the tutelage of prominent masters in the country. From 2017, Sanam was busy teaching violin, alongside many performances. She always shone like a star on the music scene of Iran; a brilliance that the corrupted eyes of the Islamic Republic's mercenaries could not bear to see and extinguished it. On the evening of January 8, 2026, Sanam joined the call for a national uprising and the Iranian revolution by Reza Pahlavi; according to witnesses, she and her friends were near the Lahijan Governorate when the suppressors suddenly started shooting. Witnesses say that while trying to escape from the mercenaries, they were shot at, and Sanam was hit by a live bullet.
